Mr Theodore, Premier of Queensland, and party havo arrived in good health. They aro . proceeding to-day to Ottawa, where they will bo officially welcomed. Thcnco they Will entrain for New York, where they aro expected to arrivo on March 10th. It is understood that the Premier will havo a preliminary discussion on- the Queensland loan with Now York bankers. It is not oxpoetod, however, that ho will take any definite action until after a discussion of the lGan with London bankers, sinco it ia believed that he may probably secure better terms there.
