Through the Navy Leaguo having given £51)0 for the eea scouts, determined efforts are being made to reorganise the troops, and troops have been formed at Sumner, iledciifis, and Kaiapoi, while the Lyttelton sea scourts havo been soundly organised on business-like lines. The balance-sheet showa a credit balance of £34 16s 9d. In conclusion, tho executive committee recommends the citizens of Christchurch to give the scout movement their whole-hearted support, from both a sympathetic and a financial point of view.
