PARISH MEETINGS.
ST. BARTHOLOMEW'S, KAIAPOI The annual meoting of parishioners of St Bartholomew's Clmvcli, Kaiapoi, was held on Tuoedav evening. The vicar, the llev. J. Holland, presided. Mr L. R. Oram, parishioners' warden,' presented the which was adopted. The receipts for the year amounted to £4GO 12s lOd, and .the ; oxpondituro to £372 0» lOd, leaving a credit bulauco of £BB 12s. The vioar appointed a® his warden Mr K. llacdonald (AVoodetid), and Mr L. R. Oram was elected people's warden. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year: Vestrymen, Motors H. W. Childs, F. Fisher, L. C. II Fuldseth, J. Shaw, A. Pcarce (Kaiapoi), J. Hensliaw, U. Archer, and J. Stokes (Woodend), b. Giles and F. Burgess (Clarkvilie); Church Council, Moddames TV. A. Wallace, E. Fantham, F. Fiaher, Misses L. Pearce, F. Faweett, G. and E. Harding, Messrs E. E. Papprill, and C Hoskin. The vicar referred to the fact that it would be the last annual meeting at wljicli ho would l , preside, and his appreciation and thank® to Church members for their loyalty and assistance. ••-'Thir Rov.* - L.
