REMAMDED. ■ James Cromwell and John McDonald were remanded until Wednesday' on a charge of having stolen a suit case and contents, valued at £2O, the property of E. If. Williamson. - JUVENILE COURT. , A boy of 14 years was charged with having been in the possession of a firearm—a pea rifle—and Georgo Austin was arraigned for having provided the bor with the weapon. After expatiating on the danger of discharging firearms near a highway, the Magistrate admonished and discharged both d'. ieudants, i remarking that the pea rifle would b3 coufiacated by the Stat?. ' A boy, 15 years of age, charged with the theft of boots and shoes, valued. at £5 4s 6d, was admitted to probation for twelve, months, ordered to repay the value of the stolen goods at the rate of 7a Gd psr week, and forbidden to attend picture' theatres or to bo out at night during: the period of his 'probation.
