PARIS, June 3The; Turkish Peace Delegation has received the Turkish reply to tho Peace terms. Turkey agree-s to the granting of autonomy to Palestine and Armenia, but refusi-s to acknowledge their sovereign independence. She refuses to give Thrace to Grecce. but is willing to grant Thrace political and administrative autonomy, or to allow the League of Nations to govern the province. She is prepared to entrust Smyrna to the League of Nations.
