Bassornpierre, an official of the Belgian Foreign Office, and M, Louwcrs, of the Colonial Department, are r.ow in London negotiating with Lord Miluer in regard to the ex-German territory in East Africa known as Tanganyika Territory. It has been arranged that the ex-German provinces of Ruanda and Urundi shall be included in tho Belgian mandate, but certain transit problems are not yet settled, including the arrangements for transportation aiong a section of railway botween Tabora and the coast at. Dar-es-Salaam.
