Moses Baritz, a lecturer under tho auspices of the Marxian Society, who arrived a few -weeks ago from Sydney, and who lectured in the Grand Opera House on social subjects, including Bolshevism, /is understood to be tho first person to whom tho provisions of tho In desirable Immigrants Exclusion Act of last session havo been applied. Ho has been requested by tho authorities to leavo for Sydney by tho Mocraki. Tho authorities have power to arrest him, but that power lias not been oxerciscd, on certain conditions.
