A PAPANUI COMPLAINT.

TO THE EDITOR OF "THE TBESS." Sir, —I havo been waiting to see if anyono would complain about the way in which our footpaths in Papanui are being blocked. ,livery morning from 7.30 to 9.30, certain butchers' carts completely take charge of the path, when there is plenty of room in their . own yard, and on thel side of the road. Peopio coming from either way have to get on to the road, much to their inconvenience. I do not know who the authorities are, but it is just about time this sort of thing should have an end put to it. —Yours, etc., W. T. BLAOK. Papanui, January 18tli.
