A DUSTY STREET.

1 TO THE EDITOR OF "THE FBESS." Sir,—Can you inform me, through your valuable paper, upon what system, if any, the streets of Chnstehurch are waterecPby the Council ? ,My business promises are situated m Cashel street West, and I have 110 hesitation in saying that this portion of the city is tho worst served of any m Christchurch. Surely somo system can be evolved to givo equity in this matter. If the rates paid are taken into consideration, I think it will be found that very few places in the city pay more than does this part of Cashel street. Trusting that some permanent good will result from this complaint.—Yours, 6tC " MORE WATER,
