One hundred and fifty suspects in connexion with the Bolshevist movement havo been arrested, including those who were to hold the offices of President, Chief of Police, and other important positions under tho new regime. Reports from the interior state that tho movement is spreading to the principal citic3, notably Rosario, where a general strike has been initiated. The strike plans at Monte Video were throttled.
