Of the RussTans arrested in connexion with the strike, the four leaders are reported to havo confessed that Isaac Malinoff, the ringleader, was a propagandist sent from Rqssia to the Argentine. Despatches from Buenos Ayres say that riots and shooting in the streets continue. Mobs burned the central wool market. The situation is improving. SUSPECTS ARRESTED. TROUBLE SPREADS INLAND. (Renter's Telegrams.) (Received January 17th, 12.10 a.m.) BUENOS AYRES, January 15. One hundred and fifty suspects in connexion with the Bolshevist movement havo been arrested, including those who were to hold the offices of President, Chief of Police, and other important positions under tho new regime. Reports from the interior state that tho movement is spreading to the principal citic3, notably Rosario, where a general strike has been initiated. The strike plans at Monte Video were throttled. Prior to the settlement of tho strike the riots resulted in 72 deaths, while more than 800 people were injured.
