(A fresh application to be made.) A ballot for three sections in the Buckley Settlement (South Rakaia and Wakanui Survey districts) resulted: Section 1 (532 acres 2 roods 25 poles), H. L. Driscoll: section 2 (520 acres 2 roods 39 poles), John Fifield; seotion 3 (599 acres 2 roods 16 poles), no applicant.
