TO CORRESPONDENTS.
Correspondents forwarding letters to the Editor are requested to state distinctly ■whether or not such letters have been sent to any other newspaper. Every letter must bo accompanied by the name and address of the •writer, whether the letter is to appear over a pen-name or not. All communications to the Editor must bo written in ink end on one side of the paper only. "Gunner." —We do not understand who is the writer, or the address from which ho is writing. "Eight bells and all's well." —Wo are afraid it is hardly relevant.
