(press association* telegram.) m , DUNEDIN, Aoril 7. lie annual session of ' the Loyal Orange Institution! of New Zealand was opened at Ihinedin to-dav. There were 100 delegates present. " Ihstrict reports showed that solid -work had been done, .and notwithstanding the fact that many members were serving a t the front, the membership was more than maintained. J3y the vote of the Ladies' Lodges it was decided to defer the formation of a Ladies' Grand Chanter.
