THE ANTI-MILITARISTS.
TO THE EDITOB OF "THE I'RESS."
Sir, —I wish to draw the attention of all loyal British subjects to an incident that has just come under my notice. In his capacity as a lay preacher attached to tho Baptist Church, Mr C. R. N. Mackio was conducting a service last Sunday morning. The order of eervico eheet stipulated for the singing of ihe National Anthem at the close of such service. Now, what did Mr Mackie do? After announcing the anthem be deliberately left the pulpit, followed by others of his precious peace council. Comment is superfluous.— Yours, etc., LOYALIST.
