POSTAL VOTING BILL. (By Cable—Press Associativa.— Copyright.) MELBOURNE, Juno 4. Tho Postal Voting Bill was introduced in tho Federal House of Representatives and read a second timo. Mr W. M. Hughes suggested that as the Senate, had rejected the "No Preference" Bill, it became the duty of the Government, if it intended to seek a double dissolution upon it, to apply at once. Tho Prime Minister replied :—"The Governrueut knows its duty, and ■will bo prepared to act upon it when the time comes.' - '
