I • (PBEfIS __SO__mON TEIja.„A"M.) INVERCABGILL, June 2. The Supreme Court opened this morning, before Mr Justice Deriniston, who congratulated the jury on the lightness of the _ calendar, -there being charges against only three persons. William Boyd, who was arraigned on four charges of indecent *-___ult at Waikaka upon girls under eiiteen years of age, was found guilty, with a strong recommendation to mercy. Oh a further indictmeht of a similar character Boyd pleaded guilty. . Sentenco was deferred until Saturday,
