A MOTOR-CAR CASE.

WELLINGTON, June 4*, In tho Supreme Court to-day, William Bonry Trengrove, motor mochaajlc, p.oeeeded against John _ucG.ll for .< as damages for seizure of a motorcar. Tho claim was that Mouill financed Trengrove in the purchase ot a car, which he later on -"frfced withoutadequate r___on, thus depriving plaintiff of part of his livelihood. Th© jury, by a three-fourths majority, found that plaintiff consented to- .efendant resuming possession of th© car. Judgment j-va** entered for defendant, with costs and witnesses' expenses.
