Frod Brinkman and Arthur Byrno, for riding bicycles, without lights, were each fined 10s and costs Vs, while -»«o. A. Allfrey was convicted and ordered to pay 7s costs. Wm. Bamford, who pleaded not guilty to a charge of'allowing a horse to wander, was convicted and ordered to pay costs.
