j (Before Mr.T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.) A civil case, Shaw v. Anderson, claim £1 10s 6d, was adjourned till nest Court day. Joseph Barlow, for procuring liquor whilst prohibited, was declared an habitual inebriate, and committed to Roto Roa for twelve months. James WTiaitin, for procuring liqnor whilst prohibited, was fined £2, and 7s costs.
