LE BON'S BAY.

\ meeting of ratepayers was held on Saturday evening to appoint three new trustees in the management of the Lo Bon's Bay Recreation Ground, vice Messrs George Crotty, Henry Bailey, and James Dalglisb. deceased. Despito the boisterous weather, a very fair attendance wns recorded in tho proscribed area, and Mr W. C. J. SyiRCS was elected chairman. Tho meeting unanimously appointed Messrs Samuel "Wallace Crotty, William ■ Gilbert Dalglish, and Antonio Frank Leonardo, jun., as trustees. As in this particular case the powors of the trtistees are limited to dealing with accumulated funds only, it -was resolved that ' tho Hon. RHeaton Rhodes be asked to put a general Act through the House, conferring statutory powers upon tho trustees in "the matter of salo or exchange of the'present property, the purchase of new property, and tho maintenance and con-trol of all properties vested in thorn, etc.
