3lr Charles Millen, President of the New York-Nowhavcn Railway Company, admits that £240,000 was set asido by tho company to buy alterations to charters.
Mr Mi lien declared that political leaders acted for tho lato Mr Pierpont Morgan, who was ready to do business with tho Devil himsolf in order to get what -ho wanted.
