WOMAN'S SUDDEN DEATH.
An inquest was held at the morgue yesterday afternoon by Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., District Coroner, touching the death of Annio Schultz. a_ married woman, who resided at 18 Sonthwark street, and who died suddenly on Saturday night. Adolphus Schultz said his wife was between 50 and 60 years of ago, and had enjoyed good health. She complained somotimes of a pain in her left sido, but did not consult a doctor. On Saturday night ho entertained somo friends at his house. Deceased, who seemed to be in her usual health, sang a song at about 10.30 pan., and then sat down in an arm-chair. She fell asleep and started snoring. A little later a next-door neighbour came in and asked deceased to go.to her house. One of tho visitors unsuflteessfully'tried to wake his wife, and declared sho was dead. i .... v Dr. A. C. Sandstem said that he had made a post mortem examination. The heart showed old-standing disease of the aortic valve, and was small. Deceased died from valvular heart disease. The Coroner returned a verdict accordingly.
