The "New York Herald" states that Huerta's position is intolerable, and his downfall will soon occur. President Wilson has instructed Admiral Fletcher to rush threo thousand marines to the Mexican capital should such a contingency arise, without waiting for further orders. CONSPIRACY AGAINST HUERTA. MEXICO CITY, January 27. The police are actively seeking tho instigators of a conspiracy against Huerta's life. Tho plotters intondod to take possession of tho Government by force of arms. LEGATIONS GUARDED. (Received January 23th, 11.50 p.m.) WASHINGTON, January 27. An extraordinary session is considering means of suppressing the revolution. Tho Legations aro guarded.
