LORD STRATHCONA.

♦ MEMORIAL SERVICE IN WESTMINSTER ABBEY. (By Cable. —Preee Association—Copyright.) LONDON, January 26. The service in Westminster Abbey, in connexion with Lord Stratbcona's funeral was largely attended. George and Queen Mary, Queen Alexandra, and tho 3>uke of CoKiiaurrhc were represented. Tho Hon. Thos. Mackenzie and the Agents-General were also presont. The pall-bearers included the Ihike of Argyle, Lord Lansdowne, the Earl of Aberdeen, and Mr Hiarcourt. Queen Alexandra's wreath was autographed, '"In memory of the Empire's kind benefactor." Tho Commonwealth sent a wreath. After the ceremony in the Abbey, the procession moved across London, the body being interred beside that of Lady Strathcona at Highgate.
