HfPRESSIVE TRIBUTE TO LORD STRATHOONA. <By Cable.—Prees Association—Copyright.) OTTAWA, January 23. As a mark of respect to Lord Strathcona'e memory, every wheel throughout the Canadian Pacific's huge railway and steamship system will remain sta« tionary for three minutes while Lord Strathcona's body is being lowered into the grave. Trains will be at a standstill amid the Rocky Mountains, on the prairies, and. in the' cities, and all the workshops will be silent. The trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic eieainers will be stationary in midocean. It is estimated that a million workers will thus pay a. tribute to the dead statesman.
