Two corrections have been made in the handicaps for the Westport Trotting Club's JdLid-summer Meeting published yesterday morning. In the To Kuha Handicap, -Matilda has lOsec, and in the Addison's Handicap Sir John has 12eeq.. The Hororata Racing Club's Annual Meeting, to be held to-day, promises to be a very successful. fixture. The fields engaged are of good class, and there should be sojne very interesting racing. A special train will leave Christchurch for Coalgate at 9.5 a.m. Nominations for the Gore Trotting Club's Annual Meeting and for the Granity Trotting Club's Annual' Meeting close this evening. Nominations for the Porangahau Racing Club's Annual Meeting and for the Kararoea Racing Club's Midsummer Meeting are due this evening. The Bonif onn-€yre filly Former won the Stewards' Mile at the Canterbury Park Meeting (New Squth, Wales) on November 22nd.
