DRINKING WITH MEALS.
CAUSES INDIGESTION. 9 "Yon should never drink with meals if you are troubled with indigestion," I was told » r t a time when I cou'd hardly eat a meal without suffering afterwards. I followed the advice rigidly, and although I was somewhat relieved, , still suffered a good deal. I tried several patent medicines, but without ' any beneficial effect until a medical, friend recommended taking about half a teaspoonful of ordinary bisuratod magnesia in half a . cupful of warm water after each meal nnd at bedtime. The result was wonderful. The bisurated magnesia entirely counteracted the acidity in the stomach which causes dyspepsia; . relief, came almost irn'mpdiately, and I am now ab'.o to eat, drink and enjoy my meaJs without bad effects. Drinking with my meals does not worry rne now. Tn case any readers would like to try this exceliTit remo'ly, which I understand relieves all kinds of indigestion just as effoctiialjv as it did niine, I raay add that it is obtainable from any chemist, but I strongly advise anyone trying it to make perfectly sure they get the bVnratefi masnfs'a. other forms not being suilab'e ;or thi* purpose. —E.T.O. 566
