DIPLOMATIC SENSATION.
LATIN-AMERICANS UPSET.
(By Cable.—Press Association— Copyright.) (Recoived November 30th, 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 29. A sensation was caused at a luncheon at which the Latin-American diplomats were present, when Senator Chamberlain announced that he would, under all circumstances, vote for justice for Colombia, referring to its separation from Panama. The party broke up m silence after Senator Chamberlain's faux pas. Bishop Currier, of Cuba, remarked that the time had arrived when the term "American" should apply to tho whole Continent, both North and South.
