FASHION'S TRAGIC TOLL
TIGHT SKIRTS LEAD TO ACCIDENTS.
(By Cable.—Pxees Association—Copyright.) (Received November 29th, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, November 28. Accidents due to women's fashions are numerous, according to a bulletin issued by Chicago railroad companies. Over fifty women wero injured in October, and forty in August and September respectively, owing to their tight skirts and high heels. The companies suggest that women ought to dreis sensibly when travelling.
