STRIKE COMMITTEE'S ACTIVITIES

In connexion with the strikers' store, a Relief Committee has been appointed, and will meet daily at the Socialists Hall, Oxford terrace. The committee will deal with applications for relief, and will issue orders which will b_' honoured on presentation at the strikers' store in Manchester street. A New Brighton resident has given two tons of potatoes to the Strike Committee.

The Kaiapoi Woollen Mills Employees' Union has contributed £15 to the strike fund.
