THE TANGO DANCE.
BANNED BY THE KAISER
("Tiin_«"-Sydney "Sub" Special CabW.) BERLIN", November 18. Tho Kaiser has put a sort of veto on the tango dance. A Cabinet order has been issued that officers of the army and navy, while in uniform, must not dance tho tango, one-stop, or two-step, and must avoid private houses where these are performed. As German officers always wear uniform at private balls, the order means that the tango is practically banished, except at places of amusement.
