• Lancaster Park v Rivals.—Lancaster Park defaulted to the Rivals' team. Tlie game between Sydenham ad United was concluded at Hagley Park, when the former won by 193 runs, after declaring their innings closed with ■seven wickets down. Scores:—Sydenham 354 for seven wickets, and 91 for four wickets (0. Caygill 30 not out, Ogier 20, Gudsell 13 not out, and Jones 11); United 161 (Tavlor 42, Smith 41. Hair 16, K. Williams" 17, and Dixon 10). Legg, Bucklaud, and Ogier were the most successful bowlers for Sydenham, and K. Williams for the United. (Midland beat Linwood' by 190 runs on tire firsi innings. Scores:—Linwood 120 and 103 for two wickets (Fraser 59, Edmonds 26 not out, and Fleming 10); Midland 310 (White 72, Tolan 60, H. Lawrence 43, Bromley 34, Norman 26, Barry 20, Johnston 0.-r not out, Cobden 11, and Costelloe 10). Bromley, for the winners, and Bates and Fleming for the loses, were the most successful bowlers.
