President Roosevelt gave the associated Press the information respecting Mr Rockefeller's telegram to the American Senators. \ A cable message from New York on February 9th stated that Six Senators had'declared that John Rockefeller had telegraphed to them that anti-trust BiUs must be stopped. The Senators declared their intention to use the telegrams as a weapon against trusts.
