DRUNKENNESS. Before Messrs W. J. Neate and J. Murray, J.P.s, two anaJe firert* offenders, and one female, charged w_ttlh being drunk the previous day, were fined 6s and costa each. BY-LAW OASES. James Wtit&an, Edward McCann, and Robert) Jones, were each fined 5s for riding hicyc'leg at night witihout lights. *A mnnriln.r charge against Ethel F. Lingard ■was dismissed. Arthur Brunsden was fined 6s for 1 altowing bis c-iimney to catch fire. John A. Luke. denied hlaving allowed his cattle to graze in Wirton street, St. Albans, and the charge against him was dismissed.
