At a n'.etting , of the Amberley River Bicycle Club, it was decided to' hold :: cycle race meeting on Easter Saturday. The annual road race of Messrs Scott Bros-., Ltd., employees wa.s held on Satday afternoon. Tlie distance was from Plough Inn to Yaldhurst and back. Tli? following are the .results:—C. Kxton (9min) 1, time, 38min 55fiec; J. Joyce (smin) 2. time, 35niin s.«ec; P. H. W. Brown (smin) 3, time, 35inin 55eee. The fastest time was made by W. H. Trengrove (scr), 31min 30sec.
