SULTAN'S POSITION IMPROVING. United Press Association- -By Electrio Telegraph—Co pyrigh t (Received January 15th, 10.6 a.m.) LONDON, January 14. Reports from Tangier state that Menebbd, the Sultan's Minister of War, was killed in a fight outside Fez. The pretender has concea-ed an enormous quantity of booty. (Received January 15th, 11.10 p.m.) LONDON, January 15. A Renter's telegram states that many rebels are reinforcing the Sultan of Morocco, whose prospects are much improved. The statement that Menebbi was killed js untrue.
