CASTRO URGED TO RESIGN.
(Received January 15th, 11.10 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 15. General Penaeusa, a distinguished Venezuelan, reflecting the views of most of his oountrymen except President Castro's supporters, addressed a letter to tbe President, urging him to resign, since British and German hostility was simply directed against himself.
