(PRESS ASSOCIATION" TEI.EGRAII.) GREYMOUTH, January 12. The Premier states that the Marine Department did not expect the Tutanekai at Greymouth before last Wednesday. Ba<l weather on the coast evidently delayed her. Mbe is loaded with provisions for various southern bays, and probably ie waiting at Milford Sound for an opportunity to call and land the men.
