(FRE33 ASSOCIATION" TELEGBAIT.) GREYMOUTH, January 12. The General commanding at Capetown informs the Premier, through the Governor, that the officers and men entitled to King's medals should apply to the chiet staff officer of oversea colonials, Capetown.The Minister of Defence has given instructions that all applications be seat by the Department, and a list of all officers and men entitled to tie medals ie now in course of preparation.
