BARON PDtBRIGHT.

LONDON, January 9. The death is announced of Boron Pirbrig_t, at the age of 63.

[Baron Pirbright waa born in 1840, and was the third son of Baron De Wanms, Baron of the Austrian Empire. He wae educated at King's College, London, and entered Parliament as member for Greenwich in 1880, which he represented till 1885, when he was eleoted for the East Toxteth (Liverpool seat). He has been Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade, Under-Secretary for the Colonies, and British Plenipoteratiary and President of the Conference on Sugar Bounties in 1888. His publications deal with historical subjects.]
