GERMANY'S IRRITATING DEMANDS
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Rjeceived January 9th, 9.51 p.m.) NEW YORK, January 8. An Italian cruiser is blockading Coro, a port on the northern coast of. Venezuela. The Venezuelans complain of Germany's contradictory demands, which they say are made designedly irritating, with a view of inspiring the belief that the seizure of territory is contemplated.
