CHARGED WITH THEFT OF BEER
Charged with the theft of a 36-gallon keg of beer, valued at £25 the property of George S. Lodge, on October 23, Joe Hona, of Paroa, a labourer, aged 31, appeared in the Whakatane Court yesterday. He was remanded by consent to appear on December 5. Bail was allowed.
