Donations as follows to the Whakatane War Memorial fund are acknowledged by the treasurer, Mr L. D. Lovelock: —
Whakatane County R.S.A., Interim donation £5, N.Z. Homeservicemen’s Association, Whakatane, £5, Whakatane Repertory Theatre £5, Whakatane Rowing Club £lO, Whakatane Rugby Union £5, Whakatane Fire Brigade £7 10s. Total to date, £37 10s.
