Parliamentarians Coming To Whakatane
A Commonwealth parliamentary party, headed by Rt. Hon. Lord Wilmot, leader of the House of Lords, is expected in Whakatane on November 15 in the course of a New Zealand tour. There will be nine Commonwealth and two New Zealand members in the party. The party will visit Ohope in the morning and the Board Mills in the afternoon and will be accorded a Borough Council reception in the evening.
