DID 73 AT NIGHT
Trevor Smeaton rode a motor cycle at night on the Tauranga road, from the turnoff to the second bridge, at 73 miles an hour. He was prosecuted by the Transport Department in the Whakatane Court yesterday. He pleaded guilty and Mr E. L. Walton, S.M., fined him £4 and costs.
