THREE-YEAR-OLD SERIOUSLY HURT IN ACCIDENT

Kevin Bridgeman, aged three, was caught in the shafting in the separator room at his parent’s farm at Galatea last week. He was immediately rushed to Rotorua Hospital by .his parents, who were both in the milking shed at the time of the accident, and it was found that he was suffering from a broken hip, a badly cut face and was experiencing severe shock. His condition was reported to be very serious but there has been a slight improvement over the last day or so and it is hoped that he will continue to make further improvements.
