500 Card Evening
Mrs F. Worrell and Mr S. S. Shapley were the winners at the Whakatane Bowling Club 500 card evening held on Thursday. The booby prizes went to Mrs R. Brown and Mr Derecourt. An aggregate points contest for the last six weeks was won by Mrs L. Newman and Mr A. Atkinson. A competition was won by Mrs O. Bridger and Mr Shapley.
