Sunday School To Start At Galatea

A meeting Was held recently at Galatea to arrange a children’s Sunday school to be started as soon as possible. A fair number of parents were present and it appeared that the people of the district are very much in favour of this move. The Sunday school is to be undenominational and it was decided to hold it during the half-hour preceding the adult church service every second Sunday. Four teachers were elected and the matter of literature and other necesary materials was left in the hands of Mrs Falvey, Galatea. It is hoped that the Sunday school will be started within a few weeks.
