Herd Improvement Meets At Galatea

A Group meeting of f he Bay of Plenty and East Coast Herd Improvement Association was held last Friday in King’s Hall, Murupara, when officers for the Galatea North and South herd testing groups were appointed. Mr W. H. Mandeno, Dairy Board Consulting Officer, also attended and screened two films on British Cattle Breeds and Milking Machine Care. This was the first time that Mr Mandeno had ever shown films in the district and he was pleased With their reception.
