Cuts Will Continue
"No relief” and “cuts will have to continue.” Those were the remarks on the present power situation at the monthly meeting of the Whakatane Borough Council on Monday night. Despite this the Council is continuing its efforts to have the allocation system of power throughout New Zealand overhauled and the power authorities are to be approached personally on the subject.
